About The Position

People Systems Specialist - LMS We are seeking a People Systems Specialist who will be responsible for providing technical control and support for LMS systems. Configure and maintain Workday LMS modules, business processes, execute mass data changes through EIBs, and support Workday releases, regression testing, and documentation. What You’ll Do: Configure and maintain the Workday Learning module, including learning paths, courses, certifications, assignments, and reporting. Partner with ET&D specialists and other functional areas to gather requirements, provide expertise on system capabilities, and implement effective technology solutions. You will assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. Facilitate routine and ad hoc reporting for management and executives. Ensure data analyses are accurate and peer-reviewed for quality assurance. You’ll participate in testing for system updates, new releases, integrations, and new functionalities, ensuring quality and compliance. You will devise and/or modify methods and programs to solve complex data reporting needs, also provide technical consulting on complex projects. Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and supporting of Workday releases. You will effectively manage People Service Center support tickets and cases within required timeframes and according to department policy to maintain service delivery standards. Complete other duties as assigned by management. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 1-3 years’ experience of strong functional knowledge of Workday LMS. Experience with EIBs, business processes, calculated fields, and report development. Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with demonstrated organizational skills and time management skills required. Proven ability to achieve high service quality results as well as meet productivity levels required. Experience with other Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Performance, Compensation) is a plus. Advanced proficiency with standard Windows PC software including the Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project preferred. Work is performed with only minimal guidance or supervision. Work requires extensive knowledge in Workday, practices, techniques, and methods. Work regularly requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in areas such as: experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data and development of data-driven solutions to complex HR data issues/problems. #LI-DF1 The starting pay range for this position is: $74,500.00 - $99,500.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance. . Requirements
