As part of the Human Resources Team, this position supports the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of LMCU's people systems, with a strong emphasis on reporting and data insights for HR operations. The People Systems and Reporting Analyst partners with HR, Organizational Development, IT, and business stakeholders to maintain accurate employee data, provide employee support, assist with configuration and business process changes (within assigned permissions), and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards that enable timely decision-making.
