About The Role: As a People Services Support Specialist, you’ll help create a positive, proactive, and people-centered employee experience. This role supports several focus areas across People Services, including culture and events, office and facilities support, and employee engagement. While you may have a primary focus area, you’ll be cross-trained and work closely with teammates to ensure our offices and employees feel supported every day. If you love helping others, staying organized, and being the go-to person who keeps things running smoothly, this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with property management, custodial teams, Security, Facilities, and vendors to coordinate building maintenance and ensure office spaces stay clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Conducting regular office walkthroughs to identify needs and proactively resolve issues.
  • Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies to keep kitchens, storage areas, and shared spaces stocked and ready.
  • Supporting employee programs and events by assisting with logistics, setup, coordination, and cleanup to create engaging and well-run experiences.
  • Serving as a welcoming first point of contact at the front desk when needed, greeting guests, candidates, and vendors while supporting interview logistics and deliveries.
  • Partnering with leaders and People Services teammates to support onboarding, employee engagement efforts, and workplace needs.
  • Listening to employees and connecting them with the right resources to promote well-being, engagement, and success at work.
  • Pitching in wherever needed to help strengthen the team and culture, excluding licensed activity.
