About The Position

We’re hiring a People Services Coordinator to support both Recruiting Coordination and People Services as part of our People team in San Francisco. This is an execution‑focused role that plays a critical part in delivering a smooth candidate and employee experience. This role is a blended position supporting both Recruiting Coordination and People Services work. You’ll work closely with a team of peers and partners across the People team, with clear processes, defined escalation paths, and strong team support. The starting hourly rate offered for this role and target level of experience will begin at $31.25 and up to $43.27. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience. In this role, you can expect to: Support recruiting scheduling using tools such as GoodTime and Google Calendar Manage job postings in Greenhouse Greet and escort candidates onsite to support a positive in‑person interview experience Communicate clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders to provide updates and flag blockers Support People Services by responding to employee inquiries through Jira and assisting with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, data changes, and terminations in Workday Follow documented processes carefully, maintain accurate records, and contribute to keeping documentation up to date To thrive in this role, you have: 1-3 years of experience as a People Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role supporting recruiting coordination and/or HR operations Hands-on experience working in People or recruiting systems; Workday experience required, with Greenhouse and GoodTime preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset when supporting employees and candidates Comfort learning new tools, systems, and workflows Ability to follow established processes, apply policies consistently, and recognize when escalation is needed A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information A team-oriented mindset and comfort working in a tiered service delivery model that emphasizes collaboration and collective ownership

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a People Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar role supporting recruiting coordination and/or HR operations
  • Hands-on experience working in People or recruiting systems; Workday experience required, with Greenhouse and GoodTime preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset when supporting employees and candidates
  • Comfort learning new tools, systems, and workflows
  • Ability to follow established processes, apply policies consistently, and recognize when escalation is needed
  • A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • A team-oriented mindset and comfort working in a tiered service delivery model that emphasizes collaboration and collective ownership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in an HR shared services environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Jira, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Comfort using AI‑enabled tools and openness to more efficient ways of completing repetitive tasks
