As Cook Children's People Resource Manager, you will support, with direction from the Director of Employee Relations, your assigned areas by anticipating HR-related needs and communicating proactively with all employees. You will be responsible for providing consultation across a broad range of HR areas, including talent management, staffing, employee relations, workforce planning, diversity, succession management and employee development. In the People Resource Manager role, you will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business units' financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture and its competition.
