The People Product Manager supports the People Systems Team within the Talent Acquisition product space, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements across platforms such as Workday Recruiting and Phenom. They’ll translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories within the Agile Release Train, collaborate with HR configuration Teams and integration pods on design, testing, and deployment, and provide clear status updates to Leadership on progress, risks, and dependencies. Through strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking, the People Product Manager is excited to support reliable system delivery while contributing to Southwest’s long‑term HR technology roadmap and commitment to empowering its People.
