About the Transportation People Team – Tobyhanna The Transportation People Team at Tobyhanna partners directly with operations to ensure the workforce is engaged, developed, and positioned to deliver safely and efficiently. Acting as trusted advisors, the team balances associate advocacy with business priorities. This role supports facility goals by strengthening leadership capability, improving the associate experience, and ensuring consistent execution of people processes. What you'll do... Support transportation leaders by executing workforce and associate engagement strategies Oversee site-level HR operations, including hiring, associate relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance Coach leaders on performance management, development planning, and employment matters Analyze people data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement Ensure adherence to company HR policies and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations What You’ll Bring Experience managing HR processes such as staffing, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance Proven ability to support leaders in an operational or logistics environment Working knowledge of employment laws and HR information systems Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing associates or leaders Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience) The above information is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Requirements
