The People Partner function is an integral part of this team. Box is looking for a data-driven, consultative, dynamic, and hands-on business partner to help scale the business and innovative culture with their Sales teams. This role involves being a business partner to senior leaders of the Go To Market organization and managing multiple people projects, with the help of AI, to continue developing people programs that excite and retain Boxers.

Requirements

  • Over 2 years of experience as a HR/People Business Partner experience or adjacent role within a large-scale, global tech organization.
  • Operates with utmost integrity and respect.

  • Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, global tech environment.
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to think critically, problem solve, and recommend effective solutions.

  • Must be able to flex work style - strategic, operational and tactical - and partner effectively across functional teams, and employee levels.
  • Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a partner to senior business leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Execute the implementation of enterprise-wide HR initiatives (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, inclusive culture) within assigned business units.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to design and drive talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent across global teams.
  • Using data driven insights, provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, organizational design, and team restructures while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk mitigation practices.
  • Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business.
  • Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution.
  • Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, on employee relations issues.
  • Use your natural curiosity to keep up with the changing AI landscape and leverage learnings in all aspects of the role.
