We’re looking for a highly organized People Operations & Culture Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our global team and help deliver a consistent, thoughtful employee experience. This role plays a key part in keeping our People function running smoothly through strong coordination, follow-through, and operational support across the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments, takes pride in execution, and cares about creating a positive, well-run workplace culture behind the scenes. While Podean is fully remote, we are prioritizing candidates based on the East Coast to support time zone alignment and collaboration.
