We are seeking a People Operations & Talent Manager to own day-to-day People Operations and recruiting for a growing U.S. workforce across office, warehouse, and field teams. This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who can operate independently, improve processes, and deliver results. Recruiting may represent 30–50% of the role seasonally , depending on hiring needs. You will work directly with the Head of People in a lean, fast-paced environment.
