About The Position

The People Operations (PO) internship is a 10-week program that begins in late May and runs through early August 2026. The PO Intern will perform a wide array of operational activities in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. The Intern will work in a team-based setting to gain exposure to all facets of the People Operations function and full employee life-cycle. Exposure to various People Operations functions includes performance management, training and development, recruitment, coordination of Summer Analyst Programs and exit interviews. The Intern will interface with senior and junior-level employees on engagement projects and other ad hoc assignments. What are the unique opportunities of this role? Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Master students with a graduation date of December 2026 – May 2027
  • All degrees considered, Human Resources or business-focus preferred
  • GPA 3.30 or greater
  • Strong interest in People Operations
  • Microsoft Office tools, emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
  • Tech-savvy
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to operate with confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and a drive for excellence
  • Team player, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial

Responsibilities

  • Prepare summer review cycle materials for roundtables
  • Assist with new hire onboarding coordination
  • Update welcome / onboarding guides and other materials coordination
  • Assist with US Summer Intern Team coordination
  • Maintain Summer and Full-time Analyst Program training calendars
  • Act as the SF training room liaison
  • Maintain, track and analyze data
  • Take notes on exit interviews
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned
