The People Operations (PO) internship is a 10-week program that begins in late May and runs through early August 2026. The PO Intern will perform a wide array of operational activities in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. The Intern will work in a team-based setting to gain exposure to all facets of the People Operations function and full employee life-cycle. Exposure to various People Operations functions includes performance management, training and development, recruitment, coordination of Summer Analyst Programs and exit interviews. The Intern will interface with senior and junior-level employees on engagement projects and other ad hoc assignments. What are the unique opportunities of this role?
