The People Operations Specialist supports the Vice President of Human Resources and the larger People team in delivering a smooth, consistent, and compliant employee-centered experience. This role focuses on general HR administration and duties, including but not limited to: sourcing and scheduling assistance, onboarding and offboarding processes, administration of HR systems (applicant tracking system, HRIS, etc.), benefits administration, answering employee HR-related inquiries, running reports, preparing HR collateral such as PowerPoint decks and FAQ documents, etc. The People Operations Specialist is a utility player for the People Team, assisting with HR related tasks in all phases of the employee life cycle. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. Most importantly, the right candidate is people-oriented and possesses a strong customer service mindset.
