The People Operations Specialist is a mid-level professional who plays a critical role in driving TEECOMâs people programs and processes that support team members globally. Youâll be instrumental in shaping a seamless and supportive employee experience across every phase of the employee lifecycleâfrom onboarding through development to ensuring smooth transitions during offboarding. Working with increasing independence, youâll manage end-to-end processes for onboarding and offboarding while serving as a reliable resource for team members and managers on People Operations matters. Youâll execute core processes with operational rigor and attention to detail while developing your expertise in HR systems, compliance, and employee lifecycle management. Your work extends beyond task executionâyouâll create and refine documentation, identify process gaps, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enable TEECOM to scale effectively while maintaining a people-first culture that continues to be Great Place to Work certified.
