Under the direction of the People Operations Director, you will perform tasks to support the effective and efficient delivery of HR services including but not limited to; data management, benefit administration, electronic file maintenance, compliance, leave and workers' compensation management, and serving as a resource for employees and managers. Additionally, you will assist the Recruitment Specialist with the background screening for selected applicants and current employees; pre-employment drug screen, and other new hire clearance requirements. Lastly, you will serve as a back-up to other People Operations team members as needed. Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associates degree required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field of study
  • Minimum of 1 (one) year Human Resources experience required; two (2) years preferred
  • Experience using HRIS/Payroll systems and proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Applications and database management (Oracle, MyAvatar, ICIMS preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; customer service, relationship management, multi-tasking skills and ability to work independently are required.
  • Some knowledge of state and federal employment law, benefits administration, credentialing
  • Valid Driver's License required
  • Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
