We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join our growing People team at Charlie Health. This role is a critical operational and strategic leader responsible for owning and scaling our People Operations lifecycle, systems, and team execution as we continue to grow. As the People Operations Manager, you will oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes through direct team leadership while owning the strategy and execution of our core People systems, including UKG and integrated tools. This role is highly focused on systems optimization, automation, compliance, and operational excellence, ensuring our People infrastructure scales efficiently while maintaining a high-quality employee experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complex, high-volume environments, brings strong systems thinking, and can balance execution with long-term process design.
