Someone who is highly organized, operational, and detail-oriented, able to manage hiring pipelines, onboarding processes, and employee records while keeping things moving. A professional who understands the reality of working with skilled trades and operational teams — where things move fast and no two days are the same. Someone who rolls up their sleeves, solves problems quickly, and knows how to balance professionalism with practical decision-making. A trusted internal resource who can provide feedback, coach employees, and help managers navigate performance issues and workplace challenges. This is not a traditional HR desk role. You enjoy working with operational teams and being directly involved in building and supporting strong teams. You are comfortable in environments that are fast-paced, practical, and performance-driven. You understand that great companies are built through great hiring, clear expectations, and consistent performance management.
