We are looking for people-oriented, self-starter to support the operations for Middle Office Platforms, a critical, horizontal, dynamic and fast-paced area within the Firm's Wealth Management Technology Division driving cutting-edge data initiatives. The People Operations Lead will report to the COO of Middle Office Platforms and will be based in Menlo Park. This role sits at the heart of employee engagement and communications for the department. This role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize and help run our day-to-day people operations, including key communications, resource and space needs, and events.

Requirements

  • A people person. You are not a techie by trade, but are driven by working with them.
  • 5+ years of experience in technology, events and/or operations
  • A strong communicator and writer.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and driven by efficiency.
  • Are not daunted by the challenge of driving new ways of innovating inside a large Firm
  • Have a large appetite for learning

Responsibilities

  • Support operational execution for the department in Menlo Park
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders across business and resource management to enable operational and resource needs
  • Manage Menlo Park space needs for the department
  • Support the COO/Chief of Staff on ad hoc special projects, including presentations and events
  • Serve on the People Engagement Planning Committee for employee engagement to help execute local events and activities
