The Opportunity: Seattle, WA Full Time: 40hr/week, no remote option Contract length: 4 months Expected start date: Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 Application Deadline: Feb 16th, 2026 The Role: This internship sits inside our People Operations team and focuses on the day-to-day systems that keep hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes running smoothly. Right now, too much of this work is manual. Your job is to understand it, help us run it accurately, and make it less time-consuming, leaving more capacity for strategy. This is a hands-on role. Youâll be doing real HR admin work, learning how People teams actually function, and improving processes that are used across the company.
