About The Position

This role sits at the heart of how employees experience HR every day, driving the accuracy and execution of key lifecycle changes and ensuring every transition is handled seamlessly and with care. As the first line of support for HR inquiries and helpdesk requests, you enable timely, thoughtful resolution for employees and leaders while allowing HR partners to stay focused on strategic priorities. Through precise data management, documentation, and audit-ready processes, you help safeguard compliance, protect organizational integrity, and strengthen the operational foundation of our People function. Employee Lifecycle & File Management: Own and accurately process end to end employee lifecycle changes to include employee transfer, job/department/manager change, pay change, and other employee profile or organizational changes. Ensure adequate documentation and approvals are received in a timely manner and properly filed. Maintain employee files and standard operating procedures in an organized, effective manner. HR Helpdesk & Service Delivery: Triage, assign, and track incoming HR tickets through Jira. Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 HR inquiries. Ensure timely response SLAs and maintain accurate case documentation. Resolve routine requests including: Employment verification letters, basic reporting requests, employee documentation inquiries. Assist with basic Talent Acquisition Ops support items as assigned. Data Integrity & Auditing: Conduct regular audits of employee records, I-9s, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable regulations. Identify and implement process improvements. Support data privacy standards, audit readiness, and secure access within HRIS and payroll systems. HRIS & Documentation: Maintain employee records in ADP, manage file accuracy, support internal and compliance reporting, and coordinate audits.

Requirements

  • Up to 3 years of HR experience (ADP WFN and Jira preferred)
  • Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to interpret data and recommend process improvements
