The People Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting and learning the art of full-cycle recruiting, and will support recruiting with a variety of initiatives including facilitation of all incoming employment applicants, internship programs, applicant tracking systems, college outreach, employee referral programs and social recruitment strategies. Additionally, the People Operations Coordinator will manage and report on the entire recruitment process including: measurement and distribution of job vacancies across all outlets, candidate pipeline status, ensuring positive applicant experience throughout the interviewing, hiring and on-boarding process.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of recruiting coordinator experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent field related experience
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Master of calendars, cadence, and clean handoffs
  • Adept at Google Workspace
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience (preferrably Greenhouse)
  • High-touch stakeholder skill
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, hands-on team player with desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced AI First environment
  • Ability to work overtime and on call, as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting efforts as an integral part of our Talent team
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience
  • Schedule interviews, organizing travel arrangements for candidates, reserving conference rooms, preparing offer letters
  • Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data in our Applicant Tracking System and producing ad hoc recruiting reports
  • Post and maintain job postings our website and job boards
  • Manage and track our recruiting campaigns (email, social, etc)
  • Process background checks
