The People Operations Coordinator operates within our North America Global People Solutions team and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the People Operations function to support regular payroll processing for employees in North America, including the United States and Canada. This includes providing employee level support, driving a positive employee experience during new hire onboarding, partnering with multiple centers of excellence, and managing the employee information through the employee life cycle across multiple systems. You are critical in ensuring data integrity through the employee lifecycle and maintaining accuracy of payroll processing with a strategic focus combined with a great attention to detail. You will partner with the People and Finance teams to process transactions within HR and Finance systems, monitor and manage system-to-system alignment, support payroll processing and review, and participate in strategic Global People Solutions projects, both specific to North America and in support of efficient global HR operations. The People Operations Coordinator also provides support for high-volume, transactional people operations work across onboarding, offboarding, employee file management, contingent workforce support, and employee inquiries. This role ensures timely, accurate execution of day-to-day processes while delivering a consistent employee experience. Additionally, this role will provide critical support to payroll transformation activities to drive continued standardization, efficiency, and internal controls across multiple operating companies.
