We’re growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join us! About the role As a People Operations Business Partner, you’ll help build and support high-performing Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. You’ll work closely with leads of all levels to drive talent development, improve team engagement, and navigate organizational changes—all while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Reporting to the Head of People, you’ll be hands-on in solving workplace challenges, optimizing processes, and contributing to broader People Ops initiatives that scale with the company. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as HR Operations, Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and IT to ensure the team’s success. This role is primarily based in our San Francisco office, with required in-office days Tuesday through Thursday. Relocation assistance is available for anyone located outside the San Francisco Bay Area.
