We are looking for a dedicated and reliable People Operations Associate to join our enthusiastic People & Culture #teamOptimapharm! In this position, your primary duty will be to collect and manage all employee administration, payroll preparation, and general support to employees' questions and requests. Still, you will also be involved in different people & culture-related processes within the Company.

Requirements

  • experience in providing administrative support, preferably for HR/People Operations
  • effectively use computer tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • f luent in English , both, written and verbal
  • excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to handle employee’s data with sensibility
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with labor laws (local and international) will be advantageous
  • familiarity with (international) payroll preparation is also a plus

Responsibilities

  • providing administrative support in several countries where Optimapharm operates
  • preparing, compiling, and updating company personnel records and documentation
  • managing and updating People Operations databases with different information ( new hires, terminations, sick leaves, vacation, days off, ...)
  • participating in (international) payroll management
  • answering employee’s questions and providing requested information
  • helping to organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
