The People Operations Assistant provides vital administrative support to the Chief of Staff and the organization. This role serves as the backbone of the employee lifecycle, handling the logistics of recruiting, onboarding, and compliance, and managing general office operations, including apparel ordering and record-keeping. This position acts as a resource for employees regarding benefits and policies, but escalates complex performance or disciplinary issues to leadership. This is a hybrid position with set/negotiated work days in our New Albany, Indiana office.
