The People Operations Specialist is a detail-oriented professional dedicated to delivering accurate, timely, and compliant payroll, benefits, and leave management for all employees. This role serves as a primary resource for employee inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional support in all areas of compensation and benefits. By collaborating with the People & Purpose Team, the People Operations Specialist helps drive operational excellence and contributes to a seamless, positive employee experience across the organization. This is a hybrid role that requires some on-site work (inside our Indianapolis, Indiana office). In addition to the on-site duties, there are additional responsibilities that can be completed outside of the office, resulting in this being a hybrid role.
