People Experience Manager Position Summary Supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization by overseeing the execution of People Experience (PE) policies and programs, to include recruitment and onboarding, training and career development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and risk mitigation; consults leaders in the application of PE programs and policies to operations, acts as the subject matter expert for PE information systems.
