Position Overview This role can be based in Denver, CO in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days onsite, 2 days flexible) or open to remote. The People Experience Executive Program Manager will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience across North America. This individual will partner closely with HR Business Partners, the People & Culture leadership team, and Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning & Development, People Analytics and the HRIS team) to execute projects, deliver reporting and metrics, and support board-level presentations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in program management, HR operations, or related roles within People & Culture or organizational development
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience in fast-growing or scaling organizations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Program Management & Execution Lead and manage People Experience programs and initiatives from planning through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions
  • Reporting & Analytics Own North America People Experience reporting, dashboards, and metrics in partnership with the People Analytics team
  • Prepare executive-level materials, including board decks and leadership updates
  • Support SVP and partners on KPI, MBR, and other regular cadence of tracking as well as ad hoc requests as needed
  • Strategic Support Serve as a trusted partner to senior People & Culture leaders, providing insights and recommendations based on data and trends
  • Support organizational design and change management efforts to enable scalability and efficiency
  • Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships across HR and business teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between People & Culture leadership and Centers of Excellence
  • Additional duties as assigned by management
