About The Position

The role of the PX Director, EMEA is a key strategic role partnering with key parts of the business: the CRO of EMEA, Corporate functions (CFO, CMO, and CSO) and the CEO of Veovo (all located in London except for CMO, in France). This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer and is a member of the Global People Experience (PX) leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the regional PX team: two Business Partners, an advisor, ops lead, talent acquisition partner and a coordinator.
  • Providing direction and insights on organisational design – coaching and building change plans to manage – mitigating risk and delivering effective change.
  • Coaching senior executives – to enable a growth mindset.
  • Bringing commercial PX leadership, aligned with company financials to ensure cost management and optimisation in line with business growth and change.
  • Partnering with the executive and finance to look at commercial insights and challenge as appropriate. Expected to be a direct contributor to the Monthly and Quarterly business reviews.
  • Providing strategic direction, reviews and expertise in talent development, succession planning and organisational design.
  • Ensuring cyclical programmes (engagement, performance, remuneration) are globally consistent while running efficiently across the region.
  • Collaborating with the data analyst and use data led insights to continually evolve the business and the PX strategy such as with engagement and development.
  • Partner with other PX leaders to design and deliver effective PX policies and supporting procedures that can be globally consistent as possible with local nuance where needed.
