Requirements

  • You bring experience in Office Management, HR, People Ops, or a related coordination role , and understand the fundamentals of supporting employees in a professional, people-first environment.
  • You have been part of a corporate (ideally tech) business setting, giving you familiarity with high-quality workplace programs, modern employee experience standards, and professional operations.
  • You have ideally supported employee engagement, orientation, events, or internal programs , and appreciate how thoughtful execution impacts culture
  • You bring an energetic, welcoming, and service-oriented presence —people naturally see you as helpful, approachable, and dependable
  • You understand the importance of confidentiality, discretion, and trust when working with employee information and People teams
  • You have experience maintaining an organized, polished environment , whether through vendor coordination, scheduling, logistics, or day-to-day operations

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal events, gatherings, and team activities
  • Own milestone recognition, gifts, swag, birthdays, life events, and perks
  • Support team on-sites and off-sites, with special attention to remote team inclusion
  • Handle standard internal communications, surveys, and engagement efforts
  • Help shape and amplify Jump’s employer brand and culture
  • Be the face of our Draper HQ and keep the office running beautifully day-to-day
  • Manage office vendors, supplies, snacks, seasonal décor, and catered meals
  • Coordinate mail, deliveries, seating, storage, and space needs
  • Support employees traveling to HQ and guests
  • Plan and execute internal parties and in-office gatherings
  • Own elements of employee orientation and recurring People Ops tasks
  • Be a trusted contributor on the People Team
  • Based on skillset, contribute to special projects and initiatives
  • Many opportunities for impact, and growing HR areas exposure
