Lead the deployment and implementation of learning and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, including communications, logistics, and materials development as a Training Manager Facilitate both virtual and face-to-face development classes to enhance the knowledge and skills of employees while providing subject matter expertise on key business initiatives and program launches Explore new ideas in training workflows to promote dynamic learning options, coaching individuals on how to improve training results and diagnose problems by tracking key learning metrics Identify future and current organizational learning needs by building partnerships and gathering input from stakeholders regarding the success of and opportunities for people development Analyze the impact of training programs on employees and the overall business by using effective measurement tools and making recommendations to leadership Other duties as assigned
