Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor’s or Masters in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management or related field
  • A Confident Communicator: You are articulate, professional, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels, demonstrating strong written and verbal skills.
  • Highly Organized & Detail-Focused: You have a keen eye for detail, manage tasks efficiently, and understand the importance of accuracy when handling confidential data.
  • Discreet and Ethical: You possess a strong understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive employee and company information.
  • A Team Player: You are collaborative, positive, and enjoy contributing to a supportive and fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Talent Acquisition: Manage job postings, screen applicants, and orchestrate a seamless interview experience for candidates and managers.
  • Facilitate the Employee Lifecycle: Manage the onboarding and off-boarding process, from drafting contracts to ensuring employee files are complete and compliant.
  • Drive Culture & Engagement: Help coordinate company events, training sessions, and internal initiatives that keep our team connected.
  • Elevate Learning & Compliance: Update training modules and presentations while assisting with data preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Power P&C Operations: Maintain office flow through administrative support and jump into ad hoc projects as the team evolves.
