We are looking for talented individuals who share our pioneering mindset and have a bright vision for redefining the future of American travel. As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the People & Culture (Human Resources) team in Las Vegas, NV, gaining hands‑on exposure to core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, data management, employee relations, and people operations. This internship is an educational experience designed to help students develop professional HR skills while learning how people strategies support business success. The Summer People & Culture Internship offers students a unique opportunity to gain practical experience across multiple areas of Human Resources. Interns will work closely with People & Culture team members on day‑to‑day operations, special projects, and process improvements, while developing a broad understanding of HR best practices.
