To support this next phase of growth, we’re looking for a People & Culture Generalist who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, help build structure where it doesn’t yet exist, and support the people systems that will fuel our continued success. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life and making things run smoothly day to day. You’ll support the Director of People & Culture in implementing people programs and processes, while owning key operational responsibilities such as payroll administration and recruiting coordination. You’ll work across teams and locations, helping ensure employees have a consistent, compliant, and positive experience as the organization continues to grow.
