The position Based in our Glasgow Office, this role will provide comprehensive People & Culture (P&C) administration, support and advice to the RES P&C team. Working closely with the Director of P&C Operations, and P&C Partners you will work together to ensure a high-quality HR service is delivered to the business. This role will be based in our Glasgow office on a hybrid basis. Organisational Context Work in the P&C team, reporting into the Director of P&C Operations Handles sensitive and personal data – required to comply with DPA/GDPR and professional confidentiality. Efficient at managing correspondence and requests for information from employees and line managers.
