We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a People & Culture Coordinator to join the team in our North-East Region offices. CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered hybrid which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week. WHY COHNREZNICK? YOUR ROLE. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Reporting to the People and Culture Manager Partner with P&C (People & Culture) Operational team and North-East region to serve as the primary point person for new employee assimilation including on-boarding, conducting new hire orientation, intern onboarding, internal training, assigning CohnReznick Friends/Performance coach, internal reporting needs etc. Performance Management - including maintaining performance coach assignments, tracking snapshot evaluations and coaching sessions, and tracking completion of annual evaluations. Follow up with employees to launch evaluations, read evaluations and alert P&C Manager of any concerns (positive or constructive). Performance Management super-user (support team members with performance management tasks, as needed. Currently using Cornerstone). Supporting all onboarding and offboarding activities for the North-East Region employees. Supporting employee off-boarding including exit paperwork, conduct exit interview (where appropriate) and alumni contacts. Assist/Run/Support New Hire check ins 30, 90, 180 to ensure the assimilation to the firm is as we expect, and gain insight into their employee experience thus far at CohnReznick. Preparing onboarding agendas; reaching out to employees to ensure they have completed their pre-onboarding tasks (including photos, ensuring internal set ups in systems are complete, silk road tasks progressing). Organizing and scheduling all necessary meetings for first week logistics (including meetings scheduled in Outlook). Sending out “Onboarding Welcoming” announcements messages for new staff. Create/maintain key templates needed to support the communications to employees and ensure compliance with our processes and policies. Work with Centers of Expertise (COE’s) and North-East People & Culture team to coordinate Entry Level, Intern and Breakthrough programs for the North-East Region. Reporting & Metrics to support the business and the P&C team. Leverage systems and tools to deliver data to the businesses (example, time violation reports on a regular basis; performance coach reports; snapshot reports; support ad hoc reporting requests) to make data-driven decisions. Help deliver data into usable insights. Work with other areas of P&C (Centers of Expertise) and the business (IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure a positive employee experience for the team members. Support national programs, as needed. Recommend improvements to work methods, reporting tools, processes and procedures to make things more efficient, when and where possible. Create/maintain key templates needed to support efficient communications to employees and clarity around deliverables. General P&C team administrative support as needed. Support HR projects and events/efforts as needed, requested. YOUR EXPERIENCE. The successful candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources or Business-related field is preferred. 1+ years of HR experience or direct professional services industry experience is required. Demonstrated strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; PowerBI, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Outlook. Prior experience and familiarity with Access and Docusign preferred. Familiarity with on-boarding and HRIS systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as critical problem-solving skills. Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills with proven ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources or Business-related field is preferred.
