Operations Administrative Assistant Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to support daily human resources operations in a dynamic warehouse environment. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining accurate employee records, and assisting in compliance and engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare materials and supplies for hourly new hire orientation sessions.
  • Conduct warehouse tours for candidates during the interview process to provide insight into operations.
  • Print and distribute new hire badges and OP (OpenPath) cards.
  • Upload attendance and behavioral feedback forms to individual employee profiles.
  • Use UKG (or other HRIS) for reporting, attendance tracking, and roster management.
  • Assign attendance points for No Call/No Show (NCNS), Voluntary Time Off (VTO), and missed punches in line with attendance policy.
  • Perform regular roster scrubs to ensure accuracy of scheduling and employee data.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, including logistics, setup, and communications.
  • Send JA (Job Abandonment) notifications following established HR protocols.
  • Sort, send, and direct incoming mail to the appropriate departments or personnel.
