Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients. Work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges, from how to best structure teams to deliver on the organization’s strategy to how the organization’s structure can allow for more agile ways of working. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
