Requirements

A Bachelor's degree is required in related field of business, Human Resources, or Psychology
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in top tier or boutique consulting firm
Technical skills in change management and experience design.
Expertise in change assessment and readiness
Experience in stakeholder management and analysis.
Proficiency in communications and engagement strategy and delivery.
Ability to analyze and model behavioral drivers.
Experience in leadership and workforce assessment.
Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategy and talent analytics.
Skills in coaching and personal development.
Team effectiveness and development capabilities.
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

Nice To Haves

Current or previous experience with Oil and Gas sector, or an interest in learning the sector
Strong relationship-building and management skills.

Responsibilities

Apply your knowledge of behavioral drivers and organizational structures to plan and execute targeted behavior change initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and successful implementation of change processes.
Engage with clients to understand their unique contexts and tailor behavioral strategies to their specific needs.
Utilize discretion and judgment to interpret and address unusual circumstances, applying general guidelines within the policy framework.
Showcase your problem-solving skills by working on challenges of moderate to diverse scope, where analysis of data is essential.
Demonstrate your ability to select appropriate methods and techniques to obtain solutions and drive outcomes.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $100,600 to $165,900.
The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120,800 to $188,600.
Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You'll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
