We are seeking a highly capable People Business Partner to join our growing People team. This role is based in New York, with a hybrid working pattern from our New York office. While the primary focus will be supporting our Americas employee population, the role will also provide meaningful global exposure, partnering closely with colleagues and leaders across EMEA and APAC. This is a hands-on role, blending People Operations excellence, partnering with leaders, driving People Operations excellence, and strengthening our organisational infrastructure as we scale. It is ideally suited to someone who has gained experience in a financial services or professional services environment and then moved into a startup or scale-up, supporting companies through Series B, Series C or similar growth stages. The successful candidate will be confident building People processes that are pragmatic, scalable, and agile. You will be responsible for day-to-day People Operations across North America while acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
