The Opportunity We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of how we hire and onboard great people at Heron. From day one, you’ll be hands-on: sourcing great candidates, running fast and effective hiring processes, and making sure every new joiner is set up for success. You’ll work closely with founders and other hiring managers, and have a real say in how we build the team. If something’s missing, unclear, or could be better, you’ll have the opportunity to make it happen. Longer-term, depending on your interests, this role could grow well beyond recruitment. If you’re excited about shaping how performance, onboarding, culture, and other people topics at a fast-growing company, those opportunities will open up over time.
