Talent and People Partner We are hiring a Talent and People Partner to own the full cycle recruiting process for all open positions at Hyperproof. In addition to recruiting, this position will be critical in supporting the operational facets of our people function, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate and employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle. WHO YOU ARE The ideal candidate is a fast-paced, detail-oriented self-starter who is passionate about making an impact and creating exceptional experiences for our remote team. They take full ownership of the recruiting process, excel at identifying and attracting top talent through creative and effective strategies, and communicate clearly and confidently with strong attention to detail and project management. They bring a proactive, innovative mindset to continuously improving recruiting and People Ops processes by leveraging new tools, data, and ideas. WHAT YOU’LL DO Recruiting (60%): In partnership with the People team, own all aspects of the recruiting process including but not limited to managing posting workflow, application review, candidate communications, dispositioning, sourcing, building talent pipelines, candidate feedback, talent screening, drafting offer letters and supporting the offer process. Drive strong alignment with hiring managers and interview teams regarding recruitment strategy and execution. Ensure best in class communication at all times throughout the recruiting process. Leverage a variety of sourcing strategies, including use of AI platforms to streamline processes and drive high quality at pace. Daily and continuous management of each stage of the funnel - moving candidates through the process quickly. Onboarding and New Hire Support (10%): Support candidates transition from offer-to-hire by owning the onboarding process. Oversee onboarding responsibilities to ensure a smooth integration into the organization. Process all new hires and ensure completeness of requirements and documentation (Form I-9, background checks, employment agreements, etc., offer presentations, references, etc). Partner with IT to ensure all equipment is ordered and delivered on time, ensuring a positive new hire experience. Manage issues as they arise and maintain direct communication with new hires at all times. Employee Experience / Events (10%): Support and actively participate in the planning and execution of company events including Hyperproof Unite and regional meet-ups and remote events for our team. Participate in and help to coordinate cultural events including those sponsored by the culture committee. People Ops Support (10%): Provide operational support to People Ops function as needed. Assist in special projects and cross-functional initiatives. In partnership with the Marketing team, promote People-related initiatives on social media platforms. Support HR vendors, inquiries and requests for information Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, including scheduling exit interviews with the People team, managing tasks in Jira, deprovisioning accounts, etc. Process termination workflow and update internal records accordingly. Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure the timely deactivation of access and collect company property, if applicable. HRIS / Benefits Administration (10%): Input, maintain, file, and report on employee data as requested by the People team. This includes new hires, pay and status changes, org chart maintenance, terminations, verification of employment requests, etc. Conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity in systems. Reporting, basic data analysis, etc. The time allocation across responsibilities is intended as a guideline and will flex based on hiring demand and evolving People Ops priorities. HOW YOU’LL KNOW YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL Candidate and new hire feedback will reflect strong attention to detail and customer first attitude. Strong funnel management skills demonstrated by industry benchmark alignment (or better) for recruiting metrics: time to review, time spent in each stage, funnel progression, etc. Communication will be clear, concise and consistent ensuring all stakeholders are informed at every stage. Documents will be professional, polished in presentation and of high quality. WHAT YOU’LL BRING Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years recruiting experience in SaaS with demonstrated track record of successful outcomes Experience recruiting internationally including in India and LATAM regions with demonstrated ability to navigate regional expectations HR degree or demonstrated interest in the HR field strongly preferred as the role will evolve to supporting other People Ops projects when recruitment volume is down AI forward in approach to recruiting - continuous improvement mindset OUR TECH STACK Greenhouse (ATS) Juicebox AI Rippling (HRIS) Google Suite (Docs, Forms, Slides) Checkr (Background checks) Slack (comms) Okta Zoom Google Suite (calendar, slides, sheets, etc) DocuSign SixFifty LOCATION We are a fully remote company and do have flexibility in location within the US. Flexibility in schedule will be required to support recruitment efforts in a variety of geographic regions including the US, India and LATAM. CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE We value your time and want you to know what to expect from us. For this interview process, you will interview with the People team and one or two other internal stakeholders. The total time should not exceed 2-3 hours. We are expecting qualified candidates to be able to articulate and demonstrate proficiency in innovative recruitment/sourcing strategies with an emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness.
