About the Role The People & Office Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting a seamless employee experience across people operations, human resources, office and facilities management, and administrative support. This role serves as a central hub for employee support, workplace functionality, and culture, ensuring both in-office and remote employees have the resources, guidance, and environment they need to succeed. This position is in-person, five days per week , and plays a highly visible role in the day-to-day operations of the office while also coordinating with our WeWork location in Colombia and supporting the needs of remote employees .
