You have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills to help support the operations team.

Requirements

  • Prior experience is highly preferred
  • Approachable, personable and friendly personality
  • Attention to detail and highly organized
  • A sense of discretion as this role handles sensitive team member information

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate all P+C processes
  • Act as a liaison between team members and benefit providers, such as 401k, etc.
  • Resolve problems with benefit access, time clock, engagement activities
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and benefits administration
  • Assist with event planning and training processes
