This position will be responsible for strategic multiple people functions and partnership with the global people and culture team to ensure the strategies and initiatives are met. You will oversee the US and Global team talent management strategies and oversee functions of recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations activities etc. The role ensures operational plans are aligned with Seed business objectives and contributes to functional strategy development. You will be engaged to support a culture that fosters the performance and well-being of our staff members and serve as a trusted advisor to line managers. The incumbent work closely with the Global People and Culture Director in implementing Global strategic priorities in the US and global. As the People and Culture Generalist primarily covering the US and supporting global teams, the ideal candidate will bring strategic global compensation and benefits experience, hands-on operational people management expertise, exceptional project management skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. Reporting to the Global Director of People & Culture, the People and Culture Generalist will work proactively with cross-functional teams in all our operational countries, USA, Malawi, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Zambia and our Global teams. Your experience working with global teams will enable you to fully engage with our growing global teams in this role.
