People and Culture Coordinator
About The Position

You have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills to help support the operations team.
Requirements
- Prior experience is highly preferred
- Approachable, personable and friendly personality
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- A sense of discretion as this role handles sensitive team member information
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all P+C processes
- Act as a liaison between team members and benefit providers, such as 401k, etc.
- Resolve problems with benefit access, time clock, engagement activities
- Assist with new hire onboarding and benefits administration
- Assist with event planning and training processes
