Further’s Graduate hiring program offers a full-time role where you'll apply your university training to real-world client challenges and technology solutions. Further is a data, cloud, and AI company whose focus is helping companies turn raw data into the right decisions. You’ll drive powerful insights for brands like Verizon, American Cancer Society, Behr Paint, and more right from the start. Located in the heart of Cleveland in the Flats East Bank, you’ll gain cross-functional experience and build a strong foundation to kickstart your career by turning data into information, information into insights, and insights into business decisions in a professional services environment. Your first year will include: Helping shape our employee experience — your work will matter. Contributing to a positive and fun work environment, building strong relationships across the company beyond just your team. You will focus on the total employee experience, supporting initiatives that prioritize culture, wellbeing, and professional fulfillment rather than just compliance and processing. You’ll drive the welcome journey, managing and creating world-class hiring experiences. You will use Generative AI tools to automate administrative tasks, like drafting job descriptions and summarizing feedback, allowing you to focus on high-value people strategy. You’ll turn employee survey data into actionable engagement initiatives, ensuring our teams stay motivated and high-performing. Requirements

  • AI Fluency & Curiosity: A baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) with a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery. We are looking for builders who leverage AI to speed up tasks, automate workflows, and proactively ship high-quality work faster than traditional methods allow.
  • Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or another relevant major.
  • Beginner proficiency or coursework in Organizational Communication, Labor Relations, etc..
