We're seeking a People Analytics Lead to lead a newly built team as we scale. As a recognized thought leader in people analytics, you'll influence talent and people strategy across the organization and build coalitions with functional leaders to drive data-informed decision-making. This player-coach role combines deep technical expertise with people leadership—you'll build predictive models, develop BI infrastructure, drive AI-enabled automation, and develop a growing team of analytics professionals into technical experts and future leaders. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping strategic workforce decisions through rigorous analytics. This role reports to our Talent Development & Analytics Lead, and manages a growing team of analytics professionals responsible for people data science, BI, and AI & automation.
