About The Position

The People Analytics (data side of data and payroll) team is responsible for working with senior leadership to provide valuable insights that guide business decisions, maintaining the health of our HRIS system (UKG Pro), auditing team member data, and managing the AskTMS platform. On the People Analytics team, the focus is centered on confidential team member data, and as a result, the team maintains a high level of integrity. As the People Analytics Coordinator, you will be assigned projects and tasks that help make the People Analytics team more efficient as well as provide solutions to team member questions that involve company policy.

Responsibilities

  • Reaching out to leadership for completion of unapproved timecards and assisting leader with any timecard questions
  • Responsible for delegating AskTMS questions to the team, while communicating solutions with team members on questions they have with company policy through AskTMS
  • Collaborating with other teams to find solutions for all questions that may arrive in the AskTMS platform
  • Track survey data with appropriate follow up to ensure client satisfaction with our service
  • SLA tracking and updates by puling AskTMS data and refresh the master file for PowerBI
  • Analyze ticket trends and surveys to improve SLA and team member satisfaction
  • Facilitate trainings for new leaders and hires regarding UKG and Workforce Management, our HRIS
  • Case submission with our HRIS for specific vendor related issues
  • Formatting and submission of verifications of employment
  • Updating the People Analytics Playbook to reflect current processes and procedures within the team
  • Measuring and communicating People Analytics yearly goals
  • Adjust team members shifts within UKG and other types of team members profile changes
  • Project collaboration with the Payroll and People Analytics leadership team
  • Assist TMS data analysts with recurring reports
  • Coordinating and scheduling team trainings, quarterly meetings
