Position Summary The Pension Coordinator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely support to internal and external Large Case Pensions customers working independently within prescribed policies, procedures and service metrics for routine questions, data changes, payment stop and reissue. Additional responsibilities will include scanning and electronically documenting management functions. Hybrid Work Model The Pension Coordinator is required to report to the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm EST.

Requirements

  • Knowledge Of: Phone etiquette, 1 yr customer service, Microsoft Office products.
  • Skill In: Strong organization skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability To: Work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities, be responsible and reliable. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge Of: Call Center and file management experience, knowledge or experience in pensions, bilingual language.
  • Skill In: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy, strong Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities
