We currently have a career opportunity for a Pega RPA developer to join our team. As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. Requirements
- Passionate coder with 3+ years of application development experience.
- Breadth of experience with Pega RPA and other RPA technologies
- Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills.
- Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
- A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.
- New feature enablement on Pega RPA R25
- Work on cloud archive and purge process
- Redesign and simplification of RPA case types
- Ensuring that technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development.
- Installation of Pega RPA on windows VDI and deployment
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot RPA issues
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
